Vidyut Energy is a solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, offering residential rooftop systems, commercial and industrial solar installations, turnkey EPC projects, PM KUSUM Yojana support, government liaison and subsidy assistance, and operation & maintenance (O&M) services.

By accessing or using the Website, submitting an enquiry, or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Website on behalf of a company, partnership, institution, or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Website describes Vidyut Energy’s solar energy solutions and related services for informational and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Residential and housing society rooftop solar systems
• Commercial solar installations for offices, retail, warehouses, and similar premises
• Industrial and utility-scale EPC delivery (design, procurement, erection, and commissioning)
• PM KUSUM Yojana project advisory, DISCOM coordination, and turnkey support for investors
• Operation & maintenance and long-term performance support
• Assistance with documentation, subsidies, and liaison with relevant authorities, where offered

Content on the Website — including project case studies, capacity figures, scheme descriptions, certifications, process steps, pricing indications, and savings examples — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute a binding offer, tender acceptance, or final commercial proposal.

Any engagement for supply, installation, EPC, financing assistance, or O&M becomes binding only through a separate written quotation, work order, purchase order, agreement, or contract duly accepted by Vidyut Energy and the client.

Online quote forms and the solar savings calculator generate indicative estimates only. Results depend on inputs you provide (such as monthly bill, property type, roof area, or land size) and on standard assumptions about tariffs, irradiation, system sizing, and costs.

Actual system size, generation, cost, savings, payback period, subsidy eligibility, and timelines may differ based on site conditions, roof orientation and shading, electrical load, DISCOM norms, equipment selection, statutory approvals, and market pricing at the time of contracting.

A free or paid site survey / technical assessment may be required before we issue a final commercial quote. Vidyut Energy may update or withdraw preliminary estimates at any time without liability.

When you submit an enquiry through the Website, WhatsApp, email, or phone, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you regarding your solar requirement using the details shared.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation on Vidyut Energy to accept any project, offer a fixed price, or commence works. We may decline or pause responses where information is incomplete, outside our service geography, or commercially unsuitable.

Handling of personal data submitted through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy, available from the Website footer and contact form consent text.

References to MNRE empanelment, subsidies, net metering, PM KUSUM Yojana, GST input credit, finance options, or other government / DISCOM frameworks are for awareness only and reflect schemes as commonly understood at the time of publication.

Eligibility, sanctioned capacity, tariff/PPA terms, timelines, and documentation requirements are determined by applicable authorities and may change. Vidyut Energy does not guarantee approval, subsidy disbursement, loan sanction, or grid connectivity. Final outcomes depend on the client’s eligibility, accurate documents, and decisions of third-party agencies.

Scope of work, milestones, payment schedule, equipment brands, and warranties for any installation or EPC contract will be defined in the project-specific documents agreed with the client.

Manufacturer warranties for modules, inverters, structures, and balance-of-system components are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturers. Vidyut Energy’s workmanship or O&M commitments, if any, will be as stated in writing in the applicable agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate site access, electrical information, and permissions required for survey, installation, and commissioning, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All Website content — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, design, trademarks, and software — is owned by or licensed to Vidyut Energy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

You agree not to use the Website to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries or contact details

Without limiting the above, our aggregate liability arising out of Website use shall not exceed INR 5,000 (five thousand rupees), except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law (for example, for proven fraud or wilful misconduct).

Liability relating to contracted solar projects is governed exclusively by the relevant project agreement, not these Website Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidyut Energy, its directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website, without prejudice to any jurisdiction clause in a separate project contract.
